Since the new PLEX app for the Sony Bravia was released (8.24.1.28493) When clicking on a movie or tv show from my Shared library, the screen goes black and just spins. I have confirmed the videos play from the PLEX app on a laptop within the same network. The TV has “Allow Ensecure Connections Always”. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still the same issue. Is there an update coming soon that will resolve the issue? What can I Do to help troubleshoot the issue and expedite an update? Again, everything worked fine two weeks ago

instrucions are in the link but basically turn on network logging in the app settings. take note of the URL that shows up on bottom right of settings when you turn enable the setting. Enter that URL in browser. then reproduce issue and then refresh browser to update logs. Copy and paste them into a text file and save
