hi guys. Please assist. getting the following issue on plex for ps4:
"Sorry, there appears to be a problem connecting"
Have you rebooted the ps4 ? and made sure its internet connection is working properly and you can go online with it.
checked your plex server and confirmed that its online and ports are fowarded ?

what about removing plex and installing it again on your ps4 does it even open to the point where you put in the pin ?
nope-doesnt even get to that point
Try deleting and re-downloading.

sadly to me sounds like a ps4 issue does all other programs and games work fine ?>
Am having this same issue. Having to enter PIN on PS4 repeatedly. Never connects to PMS only on PS4.
Regarding the OP please confirm that you're on the new 2.50 system software and signed into PSN.
I can confirm I’m on PS4 2.50 and my PMS is signed into Plex account.
