Plex not working on XBox One X

Ok so i got a brand new Xbox 1 X

installed the usual updates, installed Plex and launched it, all i get is “Plex is not reachable”

it gives me 4 options

  1. Retry - appears to kinda restart the app but ends up with same result
  2. Go Home - Does the same as Retry
  3. Sign In - Does nothing, not even a login screen
  4. Open Settings - actually works

i cannot connect to anything, cannot sign in, cant connect to a local server, nothing. Is the app completely broken?

Hi there. Sounds like an unusual situation, when you first launched the app did you get a page to link the app to your Plex account?

@Moussa is the same problem we were talking about in the other thread. It occours also in the web app, I think it’s a server problem

I have the same issue since yesterday, It workined just once reinstalling the app, after the first activation I have the same error.
It is the first time I see this kind of error.
Also on Xbox one X

@Moussa i’ve Read other thread about the same problem, and we have noticed that is not a update problem. So, has the server some login errors or something like that? Will we have a solution?!

This was most likely related to an issue with our authentication servers, but should be resolved now. Let me know if the issue still persists.
