No access to my files from Roku - Error: Drive Not Mounted

I’m trying to use Plex for the first time and I’m going to have to give up on ever using it if I can’t get this solved.

I successfully loaded and launched Plex on my Windows PC and my Roku 2. I set up a library of photos that are on an external drive, and another library of photos that are on my C drive. When I try to start casting to my Roku, I get an error on the Roku - Can’t Access File, Drive Not Mounted. The same thing happens for both libraries. I can’t find anything helpful in the Forums. I’d appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer.

By the way, I also have a Tivo Bolt and that’s not working either, but I suspect that’s an unrelated issue. I see many posts from today indicating that Plex has suddenly stopped working on the Tivo Bolt today.
