Plex Notifications not respecting settings, maybe

I keep getting notifications on the iOS app that I feel like I definitely unsubscribed from.

Sometimes Plex sends me a notification promoting its media services. As far as I can tell I turned off all the promotional stuff. What else can I flip off in the settings to turn these off?

That could definitely be the issue! Thank you. I’ve gone and changed the notification settings on the other account in the home. Hopefully that resolves the problem!
