Hello guys, im streaming Plex to TV both on local network and while video is direct play audio is being transcoded, Plex server is running on my old PC with i5-2500 and keeps it busy around 30% - 40% all the time which is okay but i dont understand why few times a minute in getting buffering popup while there is still processor power available?

Buffering ends shortly it usually take just a second but its very annoying.

Can you advise? What can i check to find the bottleneck?

use wifi ac connection orr cable first of all.
