PLEX on Android not playing Dolby Vision content

I’ve installed PLEX app on both my SONY TV and nvidia shield. However, after recent PLEX app upgrade (late Jan 2023)，both my TV and shied no longer plays Dolby Vision content. Basically after I hit “play” button, there’s a black screen with a yellow circle animation. However, if I downgrade the PLEX app to older version(9.0.5.31871 on SONY Android TV), the same video clip plays well.

All devices are connected to NAS through hardline and the average bitrate of the video is roughtly 20Mbps, so there shouldn’t be a networking issue.

The same content played well on iOS device with latest PLEX app.
