Plex on Apple TV - ONLY does 320P!

So, I installed Plex on my parents house yesterday, trying to watch a movie together from my media server at home. My home connection is 70-80 mpbs speed, theirs is 50mps.

Anyhow, playing multiple 1080P movies, ALL seemed to be stuck at 320P. No matter what I tried, I wasn’t able to play them in any higher res.

Any ideas why? I checked all settings and all seems to be good! Plex AT HOME always works perfectly playing 1080P super high bitrates and multi-channels on my Xbox and Roku without any issues.
