Your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video. Check your network or try a lower quality

I continue to get this message on my Apple TV devices running Plex. Cox Gigablast fiber optic network (Up to 940 Mbps download, Up to 35 Mbps upload, 1,024 GB data plan), Netgear XR700 router, Cat-7 Ethernet connections, Windows Server 2019 running optimum hardware setup, Apple TV 4K HDR, … I believe this should be one of the fastest residential network and devices available. In short, I do not have a connection issue. In addition, the largest movie files are 5-6 GB. Does Plex have an issue running high definition movie files? Is this a know issue? Is there something that can be done to correct this issue?

Same problem, all of a sudden no files run.

I have same problem. Wired gigabit LAN. Apple TV. Did anyone get a sensible reply?

I dialed back PMS to 1.18 in order to get rid of that issue. It’s definitely a Plex software issue either on Server or Client side. Probably both. There are also issues with Direct Playback and even transcoded.
