My main VLAN with Plex server is 172.16.1.x, IoT VLAN is 172.16.3.x.
After moving my Apple TV to IoT (wired) VLAN (172.16.3.30) instead of streaming over LAN it uses WLAN. Infuse on that same Apple TV streams directly as expected.
When I connect my iPhone to IoT WiFI (172.16.3.143) it plays directly as expected.
To test things I punched an allow-all hole in my firewall between Plex and Apple TV IPs, restarted everything, still streams over WAN.
