Plex on drobo 5n will not worrk

no matter what i do plex will not run gives me a refused to connect error in browser

no matter it just runs in circles i update restart and then it tells me to update or uninstall in drobo dashboard

i install from the drobo dashboard selection of apps and i get this

then it shows me this

then when i hit the configure button it shows this

no matter what i do. if i uninstall, then clean reinstall. if i manually install. or from drobo dashboard it will never work.

i have another server runnnig on a home theater pc that is up and running and when i access that one the drobo never shows in the servers up and running.

i have one pc where i can see my drobo5n in the network settings and another where i cant.

now it is updated to the newest version with the latest version through drobo app install process and a clean restart as u can see it shows it is runnning but it refused to connect. i have tried every share option every proxy option every setting there is on drobo and windows 10, windows 7u. pc ,tablet, mac. And all browsers do the same thing,

I am having the same issue with my Drobo5N2. Worked great for a long time, but in the last 6 months or so it refuses to start, and clicking on the gear icon gives me the same Refuses to Connect message. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no change. Seems to me it’s a Drobo issue in that it refuses the connection request, but I don’t know for sure. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
