I am attempting to run PMS on my Drobo (of which I have done for 4 years now) and after the recent update it won’t launch. I can install it, and drobo will say it is running but you can’t get to the server. When coming back to the app in the dashboard it will have gone back to “stopped”. Has anyone been able to get PMS to run on their drobo lately? I can access my content through my server on my mac but this is frustrating.

I’m getting the same issue for the past week or two. Attempting to connect to PMS via Plex apps just shows “Server unavailable”, while connecting via 10.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html gives this error in Chrome:

This site can’t be reached

10.0.0.1 refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
