Plex on DS918+ is useless. 6 months for a fix! .

Sorry but you guys have quality control issues. The last 3 updates from plex have exibitited a 6 hour crash on my nas. Previous versions were fine. Every time I want to watch something I have to go into dsm to stop and restart plex. I will try plex in a docker container to see if it is ok, but going by history the fix will be months away. This is really annoying to such to the point I want to blow my account away just on principle alone.
Sorry for the rant, just this is so inconveniant.

Not to sound like a broken record:

  1. May I please have the DEBUG , not VERBOSE, log files ZIP
  2. Downloaded after restarting PMS ?
  3. It can’t be fixed until the problem is identified.
