Plex on HiSense/Vizio/TiVo/Netcast not Starting

Same here on LG tv.

Same thing here! Tried everything but still get the “reset plex” error with no success.

Same symptoms on my Vizio M70-C3 TV. Was working this morning then just stopped. Resetting the app doesn’t work and restarting the server doesn’t’ help.

We’re having the same problem on an LG tv. Have tried restarting TV, resetting broadband and reinstalling the app.

Issue is still occuring. Started today a few hours ago. When will you fix it?!?

Got a 47inch
LG 47LA620V :: April 2014 model
reset error started tonight

but my new 2 wk old 24inch
LG 24MT49-PZ :: January 2019 model
is working fine. At this stage no reset error.

When will this problem be fixed?

My LG (2013 netcast model) has started doing this since today. Was working fine last night and been running latest PMS build on windows

Thanks for reporting this (different issue this time, but a similar result). We’re rolling out a fix for it and expect it to be live in approximately 30 minutes (plus any caching time required).

It’s Back up

The fix is deployed, there is some caching in place so it may still take a bit of time to roll out. You will just need to reload the application, there is not an app update to install.

This issue was caused by a change that was missing in the deployed version of the app.
