I went to start a show the app started playing with no picture only audio so I tried to restart the app and not getting Plex is unable to start due to an error gives me an option to reset the app. ut cannot actually click it. HELP you just get the app work and then it does again I have reset to factory defaults and still same issue. I went into the settings on the server and removed the TV from the authorized devices. Still no love. Can I get help please.
Sonnie-B Seems that this is an issue with the Plex app and Visio TVs. I have spoken with Visio and they have had several calls on this issue. They are saying it is not them but Plex so hopefully someone will answer soon.
Yeah it is the only app having issues. Hopefully they figure it out.
