iOS sees no Libraries via app, but does via web

Server Version#: 1.41.5.9522
Player Version#: 2025.10.2
Since updating my iPhone 14’s Plex app to 2025,10.1 or later, I can no longer access my Libraries on my iPhone in the Plex app.

I can access them on my iPhone 14 in the web app.

The new iOS app also can’t play Live TV anymore. It does show the channels, but when selected or changed, video is black and audio isn’t present.

On Demand functions enough to play commercial and start video. Haven’t watched anything there fully yet.

I am shown the other features of this new app, just none of my libraries. How do I get them back in this new app?

The Plex app should update to 2025.11.1; search for “Plex” in the App Store, select it, and then click Update.

They’ve made some changes to Live TV which may help with that part of your issues.

As for not seeing your libraries, it will no longer show music and photos, only video-related ones (movies, TV shows, other video). Long-press the Libraries button in the nav bar at the bottom and then click “See All Libraries.” Then click the heart next to those you want to favorite. This will allow their hubs to be shown on the home screen (and be shown on the Libraries tab).

That’s precisely how I got 2025.10.2. I had 2025.10.1, went to the App Store, found the Plex app and selected “Update”.

Returning to the App Store now shows me Open.

However, upon selecting Plex, it now shows Update again. Odd, but it solves. Now I blame Apple for the inaccurate button in the Search Results list. Thanks!
