My Popcorn hour A410 randomly freezes whilst watching movies or TV shows using the Plex app and the only way for it to reconnect is to turn the unit off and on again.
It is driving me nuts!
I have already tried restoring back to factory defaults and re-configuring but it’s still randomly freezing.
When watching directly from other devices such as my Panasonic TV this doesn’t happen so it’s not the NAS device with the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
