Plex on Qnap failing

Server Version#: V1.15.4
Player Version#: Chrome on Windows 10 74.0.3729.169
In the last couple of weeks Plex on Qnap has been failing. It shows on the Qnap admin screen but is not detectable at https://plex.tv (on the internal LAN). It has been working fine for 18 months. After a full restart of the Qnap server it is fine, but later fails. I would be very interested in resolution. (I have paid for a Plex Pass.)

After it fails again. upon restart,

Settings - server - troubleshooting - download logs

attach the ZIP file

Also be advised of recent Chrome problems with playback. Many of us have experienced with Chrome but not other browers; other apps included

I also run Plex on a Qnap tvs-1282.

The last couple of weeks it drops remote connection, maybe once a day. Stop and start the app and it’s back.
This has happened with 3 different plex releases and the latest 2 firmware version on the qnap

I am running the latest version of everything.

Which exact log file do I look at to see what might be causing the disconnecting…
Plex Media Server.log ?
Plex Media Server.1log or 2log etc
com.plexapp.system.log ?
Plex Crash Uploader.log ?

And don’t ask what to look for, since it differs from case to case, and as such, do what others do and follow instructions!
