Subtitles not working for Plex on Roki

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715

When I try to turn on subtitles on my Roku with Plex, it fails to playback the video with an error.
I have the following settings on Plex:
Languages → Subtitle Mode → Always Enabled
Hardware transcoding is enabled.

I have also tried toggling Closed Captions to Forced in Roku settings, no luck. Anybody have a solution to this?
