I have plex working on one tv but when I open plex on roku player on another tv it says my computer is not available.
Additionally, I can pin server to task bar on windows 10 but I can’t open the server to make changes. I have tried reinstalling server but no progress. I need help
I would check a few things first.
Go to your settings in plex and under Authorized Devices and see if the Roku is listed if so delete it and try to log back in on your Roku.
Perform a hard reboot of you Roku and check the availability on the internet and your network and try again.
If this doesn’t work for you try deleting plex on your Roku and try a fresh install.

Did a hard reset of Roku Express, when I try to connect to plex on second tv it says my pc is unavailable. It is already working correctly on another tv. I would appreciate more suggestions. Thanks to all.
That won’t do anything, because all it does is to start the sevrer a second time. Which fails if the server is already running.
If you need a shortcut to the Plex web app, just make a bookmark or shortcut to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
I am having a similar issue where I cannot connect to my friends server on my TV even though I can use it no problem on my phone and PC. I did create a post as well as I haven’t found any solution to work yet. I have removed it from the authorised list and reconnected but no luck
