Please help. I was running into an issue playing my 1080 files with buffering and noticed on a thread to change the permissions on my synology nas. After doing so I am no longer able to play any media as my Samsung TV now shows an error code of UNKNOWN_ERROR (0) (AVPLAY). I am unable to find the original settings to change this back to and this is the only thing that was changed.
I changed to Read only but I have since change it back to read/write but disabled the ability to delete which seems to have fixed the problem. The reason I originally changed the permissions was when playing certain files Plex seems to buffer every 10 to 15 seconds. For some reason when I check the CPU utilization it is pegged at 98 to 99%. I have ripped the same file again and excluded all subtitles as from previous threads this looks like it could be the culprit however I am still running into the issue. I am new to using Synology DS418play and new to Plex as well so any advice is much appreciated.

Thank you for breaking this down for me. I will have to rip the file again. Not sure why this one is different than all the rest of my files but I will see what I am able to change in MakeMKV before ripping.
