Plex on Synology stopped working

I have synology nas running DSM7.2-64570. Today I opened Plex on my computer and my library was gone. I then opened Plex Server on the Synology and same. When I tried + your media to see what it would do it send me to the download plex media server page. What the hell is going on? Help!

Can you access the server settings? If so, go to Settings → Troubleshooting, download the server log files and upload the zip file to the thread.

If you cannot, use File Station and navigate to the Logs directory in the Plex Data Folder (/plexmediaserver/…). Right click on Logs, compress to Logs.zip, download and post to the thread.

Fixed it…I hope. Uninstalled Plex from my NAS leaving all settings untouched. Reinstalled. Upgraded it. Gave it time while it did a migration for an hour or two. Now works great again. Thanks for the offer of help.
