You’ll need to supply additional information other than “it doesn’t work.”
Synology model?
PMS version?
Is the server running? Do you see it in the Resource Monitor -> Task Manager?
Can you connect via https://nas_ip_address:32400/web/index.html (or use http depending on configuration)?
Also, you need to supply log files. Login to the NAS, stop PMS, then using File Station, zip the entire Logs directory and attach it to the thread. The path is: /Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs. See Plex FAQ 13 for additional details.
