My Plex wont link with my Synology Nas

Updated Synology Diskstation Running Plex 1.18.5.2309

So when I launch Plex I do not get a Wizzard, but rather an empty homescreen.

When I attempt to hit the + Your Media… it only allows me a button that says Get Plex Media Server.

When I click on it… I am brought here https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/

But I just want to connect plex files on my disk station (plex is already downloaded)

Ive been racking my brain on this for HOURS. Any advice?

I think the issue with this is I uninstalled plex and then reinstalled. So im thinking of it as a Fresh start
