the xbox one is crying for a plex client, problem is microsoft!
I'd purchase a Plex app for $50 on the XB1.
90% of the work is already done since there is a Windows 8 app. It really comes down to someone from Plex reaching out to Microsoft about getting the app on there now that its launched without an official app store. Given how much Microsoft wants to stay ahead of Sony and catch up with iOS and Android, having Plax on Xbox One would allow Microsoft to showcase their "write once run anywhere" goal. We already have Plex on Windows Desktops, Tablets and Phones, I bet you could get Microsoft to pay for the port.

I tried Webaccess from integrated IE on Xbox One. But the Website will not load fully. Anyone with the same Problem?
One more to say YES PLEASE for plex on the Xbox One. Happy to pay for the client.. although I would assume that the Win 8 app can simply be re-approved for the Xbox One... ?
Yes Markus, i'm also having my xbox one only load the plex webpage showing the "loading" style icon forever.

I can confirm that Plex via web does NOT work on Xbox One's IE. I tried it and it lets me log in (both via myplex or just going to the local IP) but then I just get the spinner animation forever.

There is some little news about microsoft application shop.

It is in french but I can quickly say that Microsoft want at an undetermined make only on shop for Windows 8, windows phone and xbox one.
So it mean that plex will not need to make another application because it already have his windows 8 app.
We just have to wait that Microsoft give us more information about fusion of the shop or other.
I think they take her time to make Xbox one "stable" before open the dev app to user.
One Shop dos not mean App Support for The ONE. Look at Apps for Windows and fort RT. Both in same Shop

Yeah I'd ditch my Roku and I could free up my HDMI input port on my XBOX ONE for my OTA.
A Plex app for XBOX ONE would be awesome! Of course I would pay for it since I have done day one for the Win8 app!
