For the past few months occasionally when I access my Plex only content from a few months ago will display. Any new content I’ve added since will not display, as if I am viewing my server from 2 months ago.
Usually a server reboot solves this but it has become more frequent in the recent weeks.
Any help on this issue?
There may be database issues.
Configure your server for debug level log files.
Settings → Server_Name → General + Show Advanced
Restart Plex Media Server
After PMS fully starts (~2 minutes), rescan a library.
Pull the server log files.
Look in Plex Media Server.log for ERROR entries that mention database corruption or a malformed image.
If the db is corrupt, see Repair a Corrupt Database.
If the db is OK, post the full ZIP file of server logs to the thread.
