Plex only working on some platforms behind reverse proxy

So I have plex server set up on unraid running in a docker container. It has been working great for years. Recently I decided to put the server behind a reverse proxy for better security. I used nginx proxy manager at first and I didn’t have any problems with plex. I switched to SWAG (other apps are working better with that) and now some plex apps aren’t working.

iOS remote = won’t play video. It will load content and play music and the audio from the video file but won’t display any video.
iOS local = working fine
Web player remote = working fine
Web player local = working fine
Apple TV local = working fine
roku shared library on different account = working fine
Web player shared library on different account = not even seeing the server

I have reached out to the linuxserver group to check if there was an issue with my SWAG setup, but everything is set up right and looks like its working properly there. I have other containers behind the same reverse proxy and those are working just fine.

What do the reverse proxy logs say? Maybe some default CSP headers are messing with you. That would explain local working fine.

I ended up fixing this issue by deleting and reinstalling the plex container. Not sure what the problem was as I used the same appdata folder and everything.
