Plex opens on secondary monitor but is too small when I transfer to Primary

Plex opens on wrong screen. I have a dual monitor system. Plex is awful with it. It has now chosen to open on my secondary monitor all the time for no reason. If I transfer to the right screen (Primary) it looks like below. Maximising, minimising, closing does not help, and it reopens on the secondary often too big.

Plex Desktop?

  1. Stop Plex Desktop
  2. Navigate to
    Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/ .
  3. Edit plex.ini.
  4. Delete the UI section and save.
  5. Start Plex Desktop

Plex Desktop should appear in the middle of the default display.

Or, you might be able to edit the screen=\\\\.\\DISPLAY1 setting so it opens on the desired display.
