Server Version#: 1.23.4.4805 (NVIDIA SHIELD)
After the lastest update the request for optimized movie ou series, get stuck in waiting.
I reboot, reinstall, nothing helps…
In my pc, the plex media server with the same version, optimized without a problem.
possible to get logs? Are you sure nothing else is using the transcoder at the time like a download or playback.
Yes i am sure, the plex media server in the nvidia shield is not doing nothing.
How can i get the nvidia shield plex media server logs, can you help?
in the Troubleshooting section of server settings there is a button to download logs to a zip file. message me that entire zip file by clicking on my username/avatar then click message button

Can you please disable Verbose logging, Save the settings, then restart server (might be easiest to restart whole shield), go optimizer where you see it waiting, then grab the logs again.
unfortunately verbose logging makes it write way too much to the logs it is hard to find anything. verbose should only be enabled for special cases.

It start working again… e did what you ask, and reboot the nvidia shield and the plex media server in my pc.

The optimizer… It is nt in wold or paused, it optimized the files again.
