in the Troubleshooting section of server settings there is a button to download logs to a zip file. message me that entire zip file by clicking on my username/avatar then click message button
Can you please disable Verbose logging, Save the settings, then restart server (might be easiest to restart whole shield), go optimizer where you see it waiting, then grab the logs again.
unfortunately verbose logging makes it write way too much to the logs it is hard to find anything. verbose should only be enabled for special cases.
