Hello, my Plex Pass subscription was cancelled due to my credit card info not being updated. After this cancellation, nothing works. I can’t logout and back in on the server because the only option I get is to log in as a guest and then am told the server doesn’t exist. Any ideas on how to get back up and running? Thank you.
on your account https://plex.tv/users/edit remove whatever you have ented in the Plex Accout PIN field enter your password in the Current Password field then hit the update button
on the actual computer the server is running on go to https://127.0.0.1:32400/web and you should be able to access server settings.
