I keep seeing that new subscribers get 50% of a lifetime plex pass, but I’ve been subscribed for two years and I have got no such offer? What a way to treat people who have paid for this, when I contacted support they told me to watch their twitter…
Yeah, I’m in the same boat.
Paid monthly for ages, then annually for years, but heard about friends getting lifetime discounts after trying Plex, and other reports about discounts being issued after stopping. So, I stopped my annual payments around 6 months ago or so, and nothing.
It’s expensive, especially given the focus on stuff that nobody wants recently.
I can’t help but feel they’re about to get into bed with some streaming service, and the next thing we know our ability to stream our own content will be removed…
Oh well.

I’ve been waiting months to receive one of these offer emails but still nothing. I really want to pick up a lifetime subscription but need to keep the price down.

You probably won’t get the offer of you’ve shown already that you are prone to pay.
Make a new account with another mail, use for a couple of days and then stop. Then you are a more likely target for discount
