Hello!
I just activate plex pass. And i add new managed user to my main accout. I install plex media player to new laptop with windows 10. And log in with my main plex account.
When i go to movie page i can see some plex pass features like localsync. But when i switch to managed user, there are no plex pass features, and i cant make local sync.
So please help me with this issue.
Each managed user needs to have Sync enabled explicitly by you.

Ok. But my problem was about syncing movie to windows laptop. I already found that there are no syncing to windows devices. It is quite sadly…
there are workaraund - download button on movie page. But i have this button only in my main account, when i logged in as managed account i have no download button 
I have a lot of cases when i want to watch movies with laptop, but have bad/no internet.
Install the “Plex for Windows” app from the Microsoft app store, then.
This one has mobile Sync support.

Now i have some trouble with transcoding before syncing. But i will try to turn off transcoding byself
