Plex pass labels

Hi,
I’m still doubting to take a plex pass.

Before I make the step to that, I wanted to know more about labels. How it works and what can we do with it. Could I find somewhere some more info about that.
I would mainly use it for my music.

Any link or page that gives me more explanation of it.

Are you referring to restriction labels?

Since they can be used as a filter argument, you can utilize them for other things than access restrictions as well, like creating smart collections/playlists etc.

It is mainly for my music. I am missing the abbility to add info in the comments tag. In apple music I always used the comments tag to add short words or codes. I give example:

  • Bandcamp: The source of this album is from Bandcamp
  • Purchased, Free: did I buy that album or was it a free download
  • CD: Rip from my CD’s
    … and so on. I have a whole bunch of codes / words that just explain to me where it comes from.

Will it be of any great use to take the plex pass or not.

Till now I never need it.
