I have been trying on my old account and a new one I made today to get the Plex lifetime pass before the rates went up the form let me get inot for the $119 amount then when I tried to check out either yesterday or today it kept blowing up now it raised it to the new price. I literally have spent hours now and took early off of work to try and get this done. All to no avail anyone help me with this please???

I’m not sure what this means. Specifically what was it doing? Had you contacted billing about this when you tried yesterday?
There were lots of folks hammering system trying to buy at yesterday but not sure how much that might have affected things if at all.
Crash would time out not allow me to purchase etc, etc etc… What do I do now is my ? It is 2 late for me 2 get it @ the old rate right? Should I contact billing/support will it matter now?

If you didn’t contact them before the price change it is unfortunately probably to late to get old price. Else anyone could just say they were having issues.
Didn’t know I would need to do that actually thought you were giving people grace today since the date was the 29th guess I gotta read the fine print. I gave up last night I tried it on 2 computers. Starts on the 29th guess I will never get the chance now. I can give you my old account name/email address if you think I was just trying make excuses about it all. Long time member.

I don’t know what tools the billing team has if any to tell if someone had an incomplete purchase. It would not hurt to contact billing. Worse they can say is no.
Not that it matters due to the time, I contacted billing with my old account referencing this discussion.

This was the part I read in the post about the price change and it’s worded to imply today should still be at original pricing. I guess I missed the deadline too I suppose. bummer.

It looks to me like they intentionally worded it to fool people into thinking they could wait until today.
It’s stated in more than one place that the price goes into effect on the 29th. And that you could get the old price before the 29th.
