I am trying to subscribe to plexpass but every time i choose what subscription package i want it just loops back to the same page. I've tried it on multiple browsers on multiple different devices. is anyone else having the same problem?

Not all good here. My monthly expires tomorrow so I tried to upgrade to lifetime before getting charged monthly again but all it keeps saying is "Sorry, we were unable to cancel your old subscription". I then manually cancelled my subscription which worked but it still won't let me upgrade to lifetime. Could someone at Plex please take my money?

Sorry for the trouble. The message you're seeing can sometimes happen for users on a monthly plan if they try to upgrade on or very near the last day. Our process for upgrading is to first issue a pro-rated refund for the time left in the current subscription and to then charge for the new one. In this case, it seems there's an issue trying to refund the few pennies that would be the pro-rated amount.
Since you've already canceled the current subscription (thus it won't auto-renew for you), when your month expires tomorrow, you should be able to sign up for whichever other subscription you want. We're working to get this improved. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

I sent an email to plexpass@plex.tv explaining the situation before I saw your response to my post. My month should have expired but I still have a Plex Pass and still cannot upgrade. Basically I currently have a free Plex Pass but I would much rather pay for it. This is what my account reports:
You have a shiny Plex Pass
You will not be charged again.
Your Plex Pass is active until Wed Jan 15, 2014
