Plex Pass Member - Cannot Sync

I have never been able to use the sync feature. When I click a video and then sync icon on my plex server, it fails with “This feature requires a Plex Pass subscription.”

When I click that link or on the Account information, I see the gold plex pass icon and yearly membership.

Please help…this feature is why I bought Plex Pass!

I have the same issue, but I think I may be on to what may fix it. This Global settings page on plex.tv (https://plex.tv/cloudsync/providers)… Once it is linked to a cloud account, maybe this sets the sync to working as we’re trying to use it? I haven’t done it yet because it wasn’t to be certain it’s the right step to take and that I’ll not be breaking something…
