Plex Pass not recognised on mobile

PlexAmp and Plex app will not cast to Sonos, and I think it may be related to the apps not recognising I have a Plex Pass. When I go into my account on the apps it says I have a lifetime Plex Pass, however when trying to cast to Sonos from the Plex app it says “Sonos: Upgrade to a Plex Pass to cast to your Sonos”, and on the PlexAmp app the Sonos does not even appear as an option.

Unsure if it’s related, but I am also not able to browse my Plex music library from the Sonos app, even after removing and re-adding/authenticating my Plex account on the Sonos app.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is the only reason I purchased the Plex Pass.
