I have seen posts about a similar issue with additional accounts, but that’s not the issue for me. This is my account. When I click the cast button I see Android (Plexamp), family room (Chromecast), and Sonos (Upgrade to a Plex Pass to cast to your Sonos). If I go into settings, and click account: Subscription plan: Lifetime Plex Pass. So what is going on? How do I get it to realize that I have a Plex Pass?
Well, using the web app allowed me to do it.
