Plex pass not showing

Hi i have brought plex pass last night and still does not reflect on my account did a support ticket but very slow reponds from plex support please assist

There is nothing we can do here. Only billing can help to look for the transaction in payment processor but it is the middle of the night for most of them I think. https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

If you have multiple accounts I would make sure you bought it when signed into the right one. That happens sometimes.
