Plex pass not working

For some reason Plex is recognising my email address [email removed] as 2 different accounts when i sign in you using the google button as it reads it as [email removed] is there anyway i can transfer my plex pass over to [email removed], or have it just merged to one account as it the same email address. also when i try to buy one on my other account it tells me i have already purchased a Plex pass.
