Why has my plex pass stopped working? It keeps saying it can’t connect to server, but the server is up and running. There aren’t any package updates, so why is this happening now? It used to work just fine.

Your Plex Pass has nothing to do with connecting to your server. You’re going to need to provide more details.

Did you recently upgrade your Synology to DSM 7? This breaks Plex Media Server. There is an entire DSM 7 thread with info on how to fix this.
