I was sent an email by Synology advising to upgrade to the latest critical NAS Drive update of DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 6.
After the update, my PLEX PASS account has stopped working…
The latest PlexMediaServer-1.41.2.92 will only work with
Synology DSM 7.2-70000 or older.
Is this something which PLEX support will work on to fix the issue? Is there anything I can do in the meantime to get it to work again, without it being too complicated?
It’s a bit of a nightmare, but I know these things happen, and sometimes an updated fix comes out pretty quickly.
