Got all the way through check out before stopping at final approval for an extra hard drive. Price was looking great until tax was applied, but was still about $3 less than B&H. Since the discount gap closed that much, I just decided to hold off as I really didn’t need it right now.

I get these kind of “perks” thorugh my bank. Buy ■■■■ here and get points type scheme, nectar points, amazon coins, shell card
and now Plex perks…
And yea - danjames you are right… we can just ignore this spam plex is now sending us. great… how about I just block all emails from plex… im sick and tired of spam and ■■■■ coupons.
Or least setup an opt out for these types of things.

Well, the reality was the hard drive through Western Digital was cheaper than both Amazon and B&H. It was just a marginal difference since B&H doesn’t charge me tax.
I got a 12tb wd duo via the eu store, about €108 cheaper than anywhere else i could order from. Great deal!
Right now I also see a 20% off Dropbox Plus if you are into that sort of stuff, so I can definitely see some value in these. It’s also a new feature, so maybe give them some more time to work on this?
In the meantime, is there any way to get a notification or something when a new deal is added? I really don’t care enough to visit the perks page often enough, but I am reasonably interested in receiving some kind of notice, just in case something cool pops up.
