What happend to Plex Perks?

So one of the best things I always concerned a primary reason to have a Plex Pass, was the Plex Perks.

Primarily the Western Digital coupon. The savings I’ve gotten over the years has more that offset the price of my lifetime Plex subscription, as well as happily fed my storage hungry NAS/Plex server. I’ve even convinced some friends building a NAS to buy a Plex Pass and become Plex users, solely on getting the discount for the drives.

There were other coupons for OTA antennas and other accessories, but I always considered the WD discount a great perk.

But, recently, (at least as of Mid Jan 2020), the Plex Perks page has been empty of all discounts.

Does anyone know if the perks discounts are being phased our?

Maybe cos it was a flawed system that only helped 1 or 2 countries, and wasn’t available worldwide.

The perks are offered by those companies. Plex is just passing them along. There may not be perks available all the time. WD discounts come and go. There’s usually several throughout the year. You’ll just need to wait and see.

Glad to hear I’m not the only seeing this. I was waiting until after Christmas to upgrade to a 4 bay Western Digital NAS. Now all the perks that have seen in my account for years are gone. Hopefully something will show up eventually.
