  1. With the sharing facility, can anyone who I share my library with have their own on deck (regardless whether i am a plex pass user or not)? I have a two people who will use the server remotely .

  2. Will the download feature be available to people who I share my library with (regardless whether i am a plex pass user or not)?

  1. Yes. You don’t even need Plex Pass for that. https://support.plex.tv/articles/201105738-creating-and-managing-server-shares/
  2. No. Only the Server owner is allowed to download from his/her server. With Plex Pass, you can individually allow to Sync media to mobile clients. https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/features/mobile-sync/
