Plex support sucks!

For what we pay you’d think there would be someone we could talk to, even via chat or email.

Yes Plex support does suck. It is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
However the money you pay has nothing to do with support. There is NOTHING in the Plex Pass documentation that promises anything involving support. All a Plex Pass does is allow access to some features that are not available without it.
