Is there any correlation between being a Plex pass member and getting support? I’ve paid for the lifetime subscription and feel left out in the cold with issue I’m having because not only was my post moved to another area, it was never answered. If this isn’t a support forum, please direct me to a support forum where I can have my problem addressed. Thank you

This is, unfortunately, the best you get. Having a Plex Pass gets you NOTHING extra in the way of support and little extra otherwise.
This horrendous lack of any real support from Plex is one of the primary reasons I use Plex VERY little. See my sig.
