The themes that are marked as Plex Pass only work when logged in as me (the main account holder). If I switch user to my wife and try to change to a Pass theme, then it asks her to upgrade to a Plex Pass!
Surely this can’t be right?!? I can’t think of any other feature on the platform that demands discrete users all have a Plex Pass.
There’s a number of features that require the user to have a Plex Pass in order to use them, e.g. Downloads or Skip Intro. Those aren’t enabled only be the server admin having a Plex Pass.
I don’t understand your answer. I have a Plex Pass and I have Home Users. The Admin Home User can access the Plex Pass themes. The other non-admin Home users cannot access the Plex Pass themes without getting the Plex Pass nag. I don’t use Downloads but Skip Intro is available to all the Home Users not just the Admin Home User.
I haven’t tried Downloads since it was introduced but the old Sync feature Definitely worked for non-Admin users.
As an aside, on Roku it nags for an upgrade; on Tizen Samsung it just refuses to change the option when clicking a premium Theme.
