My server is claimed by me. I have a lifetime plex pass subscription. Users on my server do not get the intended features that they are supposed to get since my server is owned by a plex pass account. For example, my users cannot skip intros. Why is this and how do I fix? I’ve already unclaimed and reclaimed my server.

if i am understanding your situation your friends are not in your Plex Home so they need their own Plex Pass to qualify for #3

@BigWheel Got it. What a misread by me but it’s not the most clear. Line 1 makes it sound like as long as the server admin has plex pass, all users will have that feature, but I gotcha. TY
Yeah, while it’s clarified later on, the “Tip!” wording is definitely confusing. It could easily be interpreted as “only one of these things needs to be true,” not “#1 and (#2 or #3) needs to be true”.
