Trailer failed for in the heights. Transcode error. Trailers are pulled from 3rd party with Plex pass
I’ve never seen that before! I can confirm.
The In The Heights (Trailer 1) Trailer works.
The In The Heights Trailer doesn’t. The 3rd-party API call gives this error:
“Permission denied. The content requested has OkToEncodeAndServe = false”
And the Plex player just sits there dark for a while, before finally erroring.
Plex needs to contact the Extras provider about this one.
This is interesting - the broken trailer doesn’t appear in the Apple TV app.
I was going to ask @OttoKerner if he sneakily did anything. 
But it still shows up in the web app, and it’s in the XML.
Now I’m super curious!
What happens when you perform Refresh Metadata of this movie?
I don’t have the movie, I just made a test file.
Refresh Metadata doesn’t change it for me. The bad extra is still there.
If I call the logged URL for the trailer on internetvideoarchive.com, I get that error. Does that make sense? I can PM you if you like.
